Microsoft Provider

We are one of the few managed service providers in NZ that have a Direct Microsoft CSP provider (Cloud Solution Provider). We meet the threshold to have a direct relationship with Microsoft, that allows us to purchase and sell Microsoft 365 licensing directly to our clients, rather than through a third-party Distributor.

Benefits

This benefits both Mercury IT and our clients, as we are assigned a dedicated Microsoft Service Account Manager (SAM) whom we meet with monthly for key Microsoft updates. These updates encompass items such as licensing changes, new products, and training solutions. This arrangement enables us to update and provide better solutions to our clients moving forward.

Enhanced Support

Being a direct CSP Partner with a Microsoft SAM gives us the ability to arrange dedicated consulting time with Microsoft to help scope new solutions for our clients and allows us to work with them technically whilst building new systems for our clients. Finally, another key component is that with the relationship, we can log and escalate support requests via our SAM to get high priority support from Microsoft 24 hours a day, which means we can get any issues resolved much quicker then through normal Microsoft support agreements.

Prioritising Security

Our technical support team work with Microsoft 365 solutions every day for many of our clients and hold current Microsoft certifications. We have matured our 365 security hardening policies and many of our clients have a Secure Score above between 70% – 90% depending on their own individual setup.

We have achieved the new Microsoft solution designation partner status for Modern Workplace, which is an award to demonstrate our ability to provide, deploy and support Microsoft 365 solutions to our clients. We are mid-way through to complete the following solution designations:
